• Trough our relationship with key market players (Penny Market, Billa, Lidl) we see strong demand for expansion into smaller cities. Due to high demand and rising construction costs, we see upward pressure on the rents and with-it related upside potential on the value. We think this trend will continue in the coming years, unlike other property types such as office buildings, hotels, apartments, where we expect more stabilization or downward pressure on values.
